In person celebration
Every element of the Midwest Dharma Celebration is designed to help us go deeper into our practice with a perfect mixture of formal sessions and breaks that allow us to relax and enjoy communing with like-minded people. We feel a shared purpose and mutual support, which is both inspiring and empowering, and opens our mind to a vision of a better world.
In person registration
ADULTS
• Full weekend: $120
• Friday night only: $15
• Saturday only: $75
• Sunday only: $30
To include lunch, add:
• Sat & Sun: $24
• Sat only: $12
• Sun only: $12
YOUTH
If you would like to register a young person, please email admin@meditationinmadison.org.
• Ages 9-16: Half of adult price
• Under 9 years old: No charge
Audio recordings
You may purchase audio recordings for any sessions you attend. You can purchase them in person during the Celebration, or order in advance using the button below. Please note that audio recordings do not include meditations, prayers or the empowerment itself. Recordings are $5 per session.
Full celebration: $25 / Friday only: $5 / Saturday only: $10 / Sunday only: $10
Online celebration
The Midwest Dharma Celebration will also be offered online as a livestream to those who live within the Midwest Region of the US. Those living in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin who are not able to attend in person at KMC Madison are welcome to book to join online.
All sessions of the Celebration will be livestreamed. The empowerment will only be available for 24 hours, starting at 3pm on Saturday, April 5. All other sessions will be available to watch within 4 hours of the session ending and through Wednesday, April 9.
Registration for the Online Celebration closes on Friday, April 4 at 6:00pm. Registration must be completed by this time in order to receive viewing information.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read the following information carefully!
In-Person/Online Celebration Cancellations and Refunds:
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the start of the Celebration, 25% of the total booking will be retained. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
To switch your booking from in person to online or vice versa, please notify registration before 7:30 pm on Wednesday, April 2.
Refund exceptions:
Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness, or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditationinmadison.org.
Donating refundable cancellation fees to International Temples Project:
If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your canceled fee to the International Temples Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation. Any non-refunded fees for cancellations received will be donated to the NKT International Temples Project.
All profits from the Celebration are dedicated to public benefit through the International Temples Project (ITP). Simply by attending this and any Kadampa Dharma Celebration you are helping to bring peace into the hearts of this and future generations.
