The Midwest Dharma Celebration is an in-person event. The sessions will not be livestreamed. However, delayed video replay registration is available for residents of the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, western Pennsylvania, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin) who are unable to attend the Celebration in person for a valid reason (such as disability, illness or inability to travel).
Video recordings of the Midwest Dharma Celebration will be available from Friday, April 12 (7pm CT) through Friday, April 19 (11:59 CT). The empowerment will be available for 24 hours only from 10am CT on Saturday, April 13 until 10am CT on Sunday, April 14.
Delayed video replay is only available for the full Celebration and registration must be completed no later than April 6.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read the following information carefully!
In-Person Celebration Cancellations and Refunds:
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the start of the Celebration, 25% of the total booking will be retained. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Delayed Video Replay Cancellations and Refunds:
A $6 admin fee will be retained for all cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the start of the Celebration (7:30pm on Wednesday, April 3). After this, all fees are non-refundable.
To switch your booking from in person to online or vice versa, please notify registration before 7:30pm on Wednesday, April 3.
Refund exceptions:
Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness, or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to admin@meditationinmadison.org.
Donating refundable cancellation fees to International Temples Project:
If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your canceled fee to the International Temples Project, please indicate this at the time of cancellation. Any non-refunded fees for cancellations received will be donated to the NKT International Temples Project.
All profits from the Celebration are dedicated to public benefit through the International Temples Project (ITP). Simply by attending this and any Kadampa Dharma Celebration you are helping to bring peace into the hearts of this and future generations.
